Our Mission
Mission
The Virginia Professional Liaison Association (Virginia PLA) is a collaboration of professionals who work for Virginia-based organizations or support individuals in Virginia who struggle with behavioral health challenges.
We facilitate networking and communication
to assist professionals, clients and their loved ones.
Events
The Virginia PLA members host events around the state of Virginia. We strive to provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere for networking. Feel free to share the invitation with your associates who may wish to participate.

*Listserv Use - We have 990 members at this moment so even though we are excited to learn about new resources, updates, events and most importantly people connecting to find a resource or resources for a client in need, we ask that introductions for your program are limited to an initial intro. **For reminders, reviews, additions to staff, monthly get togethers, bed availability, or openings at your practice please use the Facebook site. If your organization is listed, please check to make sure that the information is up to date.
The Virginia PLA is a place to share and connect. What information can be shared? News - Events - Your program/organizational changes and additions - Resources - Job Postings - Referral Requests - Or, other topics related to the field of behavioral health and addiction. In addition to the listserv, currently at 990; monthly meetings are held in various regions across Virginia. Meeting announcements will highlight time, date and location specifics.
